As COVID-19 has grown to a pandemic level, it is impacting our daily lives at work and home. We want to share what Oryx World Business Centre are doing to address and support our community. Our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees, customers and community as a whole.

We understand cash flow is a concern for many businesses who have found themselves in these unchartered waters and days of uncertainty.  Therefore, we are looking into implementing solutions that may assist you during this current situation.

During this challenging time due to the pandemic of COVID-19, we want to extend our best wishes to our community of clients. Everyone’s physical and mental health is extremely important to us. The impact it is having on our businesses and personal life is testing and may be stressful for many. Circumstances are changing all the time and with that, brings a lot of uncertainty.

For us at Oryx World Business Centre, this is a time for us to work together and help each other as best we can. In the toughest times, it is when the spirit of community is most important. It is when we need it the most and feel it the most.

With all of that in mind, we understand that cash flow and finances are becoming a major concern to so many of us right now. We got together to see how we can try and alleviate some of the stresses we are experiencing right now and decided on a new Referral Programme. The following outlines how it works:

Referral Programme – earn AED 1,000 cash for each new client referral who signs a lease.

This Referral Programme allows you to effectively pay your monthly office rental, therefore reducing your expenditure.

In the past I referred to this company as boutique, but I would say at Oryx World Business Centre, we are aspirational. It has become a community, growing in population. Where we nurture our clients as if they are family – a sense of brotherly and sisterly love.

From budding entrepreneurs to small businesses, we give support and advice when needed and want to see them grow and flourish. We are invested in people. There is great support system from our committed and hard-working team whose individual tasks, when working together, become the fabric of this expanding community.

From our own experience we are aware that what you start with may not be how you finish and, we understand this may be the same for you. We encourage big dreamers and big thinkers to imagine where you see yourself, and we want to help you get there.

Our aim is to always make people feel comfortable and happy. I am pleased to say, so far our clients feel confident enough to share concerns or issues if they arise. For our whole team It is more than a business association, we see our clients as friends. I believe this is what makes us different to so many other business centres. We have a responsibility and care towards the community of people sharing the 57,000 sq ft of office space here. We understand what new and growing businesses are going through because we undoubtedly once went through the same issues. We try to give as much support as possible. Collectively our team have a sense of family and commitment towards the environment we have created.
